Through my association with bands, I discovered a lack of readily available Celtic and Church music with the result that in 1995 I set up a one
man publishing company in an effort to make these types of music more available. Many of
my pieces have become firm favourites with Bands and public alike here in Ireland. My
introduction to the world of music notation came about because
of music publishing and has grown greatly over the last 5 years.
Because of my
involvement with bands since I was born, (my father was musical director of three
different organisations), I have decided to offer a number of features/options with each
piece purchased that would not normally be available to bands.
As far as band music
is concerned, I have kept prices to a minimum by offering only 1 copy of each part in a
set along with one score. But each order comes with an invoice that, once paid, licences
the purchaser to photocopy (Xerox) the music as much as required for use within the
organisation. This reduces postal charges dramatically and provides a permanent full set
for the purchaser. If you prefer, a full set of double parts can be supplied at no extra
charge but without the licence to copy.
Each piece is
returnable to OCMP if it does not meet the requirements of the purchaser provided the set
is returned in perfect condition but all postage costs as paid by OCMP must be paid
whether the music is purchased or not. This gives the purchaser the opportunity to try out
the music before committing to purchase.
OCMP
feels that with the options it offers, you cannot make a mistake
purchasing our music.
