A Wexford Rhapsody by T C Kelly for Concert Band is a major contribution to the Irish band repertoire. Not as difficult technically as it is musically, this piece is a challenging and satisfying suite. While it was written in the 1950's, it has the potential to be as popular as Grundman's Irish Rhapsody and is the type of piece that OCMP Ireland was set up to preserve.
